The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 4129 (Rep. LaFave) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported HB 4130 (Rep. Carter) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported HB 4131 (Rep. Griffin) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported HB 4132 (Rep. Bolden) with recommendation and immediate effect. 5. Reported HB 4440 (Rep. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Lucido, Sen.(s) VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Runestad, Chang, and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from April 18, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invited Rep(s). Griffin and Bolden to summarize HB’s 4129-4132. The Chairman invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB’s 4129-4132: Jack Schick and Aaron Minnefield.
