The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana to adopt the meeting minutes from October 8, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Sen. Geiss to summarize SB 818 to SB 823 and SB 825. Sen. Geiss offered an (S-1) version to SB 818. The Chair invited Sen. Geiss to summarize the (S-1) version of SB 818. Sen.
