BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7946 FAX: (517) 373-2678 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 11, 2021 A Joint meeting of the Senate Committee on Appropriations and the House Committee on Appropriations was scheduled for Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., in the Senate Hearing Room of the Boji Tower. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Presentation of Governor Whitmer's 2021-2022 budget proposal by State Budget Director, David Massaron. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present; Chairman Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, Schmidt, Barrett, Bizon, Daley, LaSata, MacDonald, Nesbitt, Outman, Runestad, Victory, Hertel, Hollier, Irwin, Santana, McCann, and Bayer, a quorum was present. The Chairman welcomed the members of the House Committee on Appropriations. The Chairman invited David Massaron, State Budget Director, to present Governor Whitmer's 2021-2022 budget proposal to the senate and house committees. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Outman, supported by Sen. Bayer, to adjourn the committee. The Senate Committee on Appropriations adjourned at noon. Date Adopted by Committee: 2/24/21 Page 1 of 1
