- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 20, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacDonald, Zorn, Hollier and Bayer, a quorum was present. Motion by Sen. Victory to adopt the S-4 of SB 92. Second by Sen. MacDonald. Roll call. 6 Yeahs, 0 nays. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Victory, supported by Sen. MacDonald, The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacDonald, and Zorn. Nays: Sen.(s) Bayer. Pass: Sen.(s) Hollier. The motion prevailed and the bill was referred. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 12:05 p.m. The Chair made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from March 16, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted.
