- **ADOPTED** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 2, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Schmidt, Sen.(s) Victory, MacDonald, Zorn, Hollier and Bayer, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding MDOT, Patrick McCarthy – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Victory, to adjourn the committee at 12:28 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. These minutes were adopted without objection during the Subcommittee meeting held on February 2, 2021.
