- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 23, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections and Judiciary was scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:27 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Shink, Sen.(s) Santana, Irwin and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from March 9, 2023 and March 16, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony: At 2:29 p.m. Judge Harvey Hoffman and Katharine Hude from the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals. At 2:48 p.m. Ashley Golden of Nation Outside. At 3:07 p.m. Dan Varner and Gregory Anderson of Goodwill Flip the Script. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 3:34 p.m. Page 1 of 1
