Representative Linting moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 12, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. St. Germaine) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," (MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1278e. HB 4156 (Rep. Jaime Greene) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending sections 1278a and 1278b (MCL 380.1278a and 380.1278b), as amended by 2022 PA 105, and by adding section 1278e. HB 4157 (Rep. There being no further business before the committee, Chair DeBoer adjourned the meeting at 11:22 AM. Representative Nancy DeBoer, Chair HJR E (Rep. Schuette) A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the state constitution of 1963, by amending section 3 of article VIII, to provide for the gubernatorial appointment of the superintendent of public instruction.
