The House Committee on House Fiscal Agency Governing Committee was called to order by
Chair Bollin.
The Chair requested attendance to be called:
Present: Reps. Bollin, Hall, Posthumus and Fitzgerald.
Absent: Rep. Puri.
Excused: Rep. Puri.
Representative Fitzgerald moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 20, 2025. There being
no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent.
The Chair laid Quarterly Report, dated September 18, 2025, before the committee.
Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, gave a presentation on the Quarterly
Report, dated September 18, 2025.
Representative Posthumous moved to approve the Quarterly Report, dated September 18, 2025.
The motion prevailed 4-0-0:
FAVORABLE ROLL CALL
Yeas: Reps. Bollin, Hall, Posthumus and Fitzgerald.
Nays: None.
Pass: None.
Representative Fitzgerald moved to excuse Representative Puri from the meeting. There being no
objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
