- Representative Eisen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 24, 2021. There being no objections, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Representative Jeff Yaroch, the bill sponsor, explained HB 5115. Questions followed. Kathy Wall, representing Bureau of Emergency Management Services in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), testified in support of HB 5115.
