As used in this subparagraph, "individual with a disability or physical limitation" means a disabled person as that term is defined in section 19a of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.19a.". 2. Amend page 7, line 15, by striking out all of enacting section 2 and inserting: "Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 101st Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 5359. (b) House Bill No. 5360.".
