    Mentzer Applauds Court of Appeals Decision Upholding Michigan’s Anti-Terrorism Threat Law: LANSING, Mich., July 23, 2025 — On Monday, the Michigan Court of Appeals affirmed the constitutionality of Michigan’s anti-terrorism threat law.
