- O’Neal Celebrates $25,000 State Grant to Boost Downtown Saginaw Business: SAGINAW, Mich., July 31, 2025 — This week, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) announced a $25,000 grant for CWC Property Holdings LLC in downtown Saginaw.
