    Sec. 1011. The department may accept in-kind services and equipment donations to facilitate the addition of a cable network that provides programming that will address the religious needs of incarcerated individuals. This network may be a cable television network that presently reaches the majority of households in the United States. A bilingual channel affiliated with this network may also be added to department programming to assist the religious needs of Spanish-speaking inmates. The addition of these channels shall be at no additional cost to this state. Sec. 1013. From the funds appropriated in part 1, priority may be given to funding reentry or rehabilitation programs that have been demonstrated to reduce prison violence and recidivism, including faith-based initiatives. Third: That the House and Senate agree to the title of the bill to read as follows: A bill to make appropriations for the department of corrections for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
