    A bill to require the attorney general to submit reports related to certain litigation to certain committees of the legislature; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities; to provide sanctions for failing to submit the reports; and to provide for remedies. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Point of Order Rep. Fitzgerald requested a ruling of the Chair on since the bill has nothing to do with current leadership or personalities whether the comments were in line with the bill. The Chair ruled that the Representative should keep their comments germane to the bill and avoid personalities.
