   Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Secretary of State. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Point of Order Rep. Fitzgerald requested a ruling of the Chair on what rule or Mason’s Manual is required to pass a Resolution to introduce legal action against a department or agency of this state. The Chair ruled this is a business Resolution we are addressing just as we would address any Resolution. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Rep.
