- The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill,
Rep. Posthumus moved to amend the title to read as follows:
A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law” by amending sections 493a, 493b, 495, 509o, 509q, 509r, 509gg, and 509ii (MCL 168.493a, 168.493b, 168.495, 168.509o, 168.509q, 168.509r, 168.509gg, and 168.509ii), section 493a as amended and section 493b as added by 2023 PA 268, sections 495, 509o, 509q, 509r, and 509gg as amended by 2023 PA 258, and section 509ii as amended by 2023 PA 257, and by adding sections 15a and 496c.
