    House Bill No. 5717, entitled A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” by amending section 373 (MCL 168.373). The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Carra moved to substitute (H-2) the bill.
