Senator McBroom offered the following amendment:
1. Amend page 2, line 23, after “damages.” by inserting “For individuals in the Upper Peninsula, the
landlord may return the difference in the damages claimed and the amount of security deposit in the
form of cash, pelts, food, or beer.”.
The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
