The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Tsernoglou moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 3, line 3, after the first “ this ” by striking out “ subsection ” and inserting “ section ”. 2. Amend page 5, line 7, after the first “ this ” by striking out “ subsection ” and inserting “ section ”. The motion was seconded and the amendments were adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
