“Mr. Speaker and members of the House:
I am opposed to this requirement on Church run schools. The mandate of a church being forced to hire
only a state licensed person has been already litigated. The state has no right to force the school to hire an
individual because of their licensure by the state.”
Rep. Aiyash moved that House Bill No. 5659 be placed on its immediate passage.
