Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows:
“An act to create the tax tribunal; to provide for personnel, jurisdiction, functions, practice and procedure; to provide for appeals; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies; and to abolish certain boards,”
The House agreed to the full title.
Rep. Aiyash moved that the bill be given immediate effect.

- tax.” That means to let the voters decide on what they want to do. We pay for all types of things in this state
and most importantly, continue to make sure that Michigan is attractive.
More importantly, making sure we continue a history here in Michigan for everyone who lives, works, and
plays here is definitely necessary, so I urge a “yes” vote on this legislation because it’s about the taxpayers
in those areas deciding what’s good for southeastern Michigan.
