    you need to get together and share your information or your evidence with the rest of the board and make plans on how to proceed forward, you can have no legal avenue to do that, to even discuss getting an attorney to deal with the situation. This bill corrects that. Just as an example on this one—I personally experienced this—our board was forced to do it publicly and in the particular situation I’m talking about, the administrator made a beeline down to his office and started shredding documents. I come from experience on this one. I ask that you take that into consideration and please support this bill.
