    In The Chair: Geiss The Senate agreed to the title of the bill. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 104, entitled A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding sections 43528c and 43528d. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator McBroom offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 7, following line 4, by inserting: “ ( ix ) An individual who is compensated for providing assistance to another individual in pursuing, capturing, catching, killing, taking, or attempting to take deer. ”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
