    By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills Rep. Aiyash moved that Senate Bill No. 148 be placed on its immediate passage. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Senate Bill No. 148, entitled A bill to amend 1969 PA 224, entitled “An act to license and regulate dealers in and research facilities using dogs and cats for research purposes; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,” by amending section 12 (MCL 287.392) and by adding sections 11a and 12a. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Morse moved to substitute (H-3) the bill.
