    In The Chair: Moss Senator Bumstead offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 26, following line 22, by inserting: “(7) On or before November 30, 2024, the department shall report to the fiscal agencies and relevant committees and subcommittees of the Senate and House of Representatives on the activities of the program. The report shall include, but not be limited to, funds provided to partners, project goals and intended outcomes from partners and the department, and information on grants provided including amounts, grantee locations, and intended outcomes . ”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Senator Bumstead offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 16, following line 18, by inserting: “Sec. 218. If the state administrative board, acting under section 3 of 1921 PA 2, MCL 17.3, transfers funds from an amount appropriated under this article, the legislature may, by a concurrent resolution adopted by a majority of the members elected to and serving in each house, intertransfer funds within this article for the particular department, board, commission, officer, or institution.”.
