The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Webber offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 22 line 23, after “exceed” by striking out the balance of the line though “section.” on line 26 and inserting “the fee on the federal exchange.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Webber withdrew the amendment. Senator Webber offered the following amendment: 1.
