    House Bill No. 4065, entitled A bill to amend 1967 PA 150, entitled “Michigan military act,” by amending section 182 (MCL 32.582). The Senate has amended the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 2, line 5, after “to” by striking out the balance of the line through “legislature,” on line 6 and inserting “award”. The Senate has passed the bill as amended and pursuant to Joint Rule 20, inserted the full title. The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 42, the bill was laid over one day. Rep. Frederick moved that Rule 42 be suspended. The motion prevailed, 3/5 of the members present voting therefor.
