Commissioners and citizens and additional litigation as the scope of the Commission’s ability to meet closed-
door would be tested. I believe this bill goes too far in restricting the Commission, especially after it already
promulgated rules expressing their desire to use the long-standing, trusted Open Meetings Act procedure.
Therefore, I must vote no on SB 782.”
