Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That we urge the United States
Department of Education to grant waivers for Michigan state assessment requirements under the Every
Student Succeeds Act for the 2020-2021 school year; and be it further
Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the United States Secretary of Education.
The concurrent resolution was referred to the Committee on Education.
