    Senate Bill No. 335, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending sections 2253 and 2453 (MCL 333.2253 and 333.2453), section 2253 as amended by 2006 PA 157. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Polehanki offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 3, following line 7, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 101st Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 56 (b) Senate Bill No. 57 (c) Senate Bill No. 199.” Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays.
