Amend page 2, following line 22, by inserting: “(4) Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the department may by rule consolidate the licenses described in section 928 to reduce the number of boiler repairer licenses issued under this article.”. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
