    Breen Hood Pohutsky Stone Brixie Hope Puri Weiss Cavanagh Koleszar Rogers Young In The Chair: Hornberger Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to provide for the creation of the health and safety fund; to provide for the deposit of certain money in that fund; to provide for the distribution of the money in that fund and to limit its use; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state officials; and to provide for an appropriation,” The House agreed to the full title. Rep. Frederick moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor.
