    Representative Outman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 11, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the following before the committee: Presentation from the Auditor General Doug Ringler, the Auditor General, testified before the committee. Laura Hirst, the Deputy Auditor General, testified before the committee The Chair laid the following before the committee: Office of the Auditor General Performance Audit Report Flint Emergency Expenditures, Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget, January 2021. 000-2020-21 Steve Koschay and Ryan Austin, representing the Office of the Auditor General, testified regarding the audit report. The following people submitted a card, but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Ed Benning, representing the Executive Director, Mass Transportation Authority Flint. The Chair laid the following before the committee: Discussion on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services capacity limits on restaurants and bars. Representative Brann, owner of Brann's Restaurants, testified before the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Speaker Wentworth, testified before the committee. Brandon Hodgkins, owner of the Pale Blue Smokehouse, testified before the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Michelle Street, the General Manager of the Detroit Marriott in Troy, testified before the committee. John McNamara, representing the Michigan Restaurant and Lodging Association, testified before the committee. Pete Beukema, the owner of Suburban Inns, testified before the committee. Bianca Turner, a managing partner at Outback Steakhouse, testified before the committee. Marjorie Cheadle, the owner of Dagwood's Tavern, testified before the committee. Mark Miller, the owner of Little Camille's by the Bay, testified before the committee. The following people submitted a card, but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Barry Neal, the owner of the House of Flavors Restaurants. Pat Ruster, the owner of Tawas Big Boy Restaurant. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Steven Johnson adjourned the meeting at 11:51 AM.
