Amend page 2, line 7, after "Whereas," by striking out the balance of the line through "limitations." on line 8. 3. Amend page 2, line 14, after "order" by striking out "fails to" and inserting "does not". 4. Amend page 2, line 23, after "limits" by inserting "if appropriate social distancing measures can be implemented".
