Hornberger) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," by amending sections 326, 352, and 381 (MCL 168.326, 168.352, and 168.381), sections 326 and 352 as amended by 2012 PA 276 and section 381 as amended by 2018 PA 120, and by adding section 326a. HB 4196 (Rep. Hornberger) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," (MCL 169.201 to 169.282) by adding section 48. HB 4305 (Rep. Steven Johnson) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," by amending section 26 (MCL 169.226), as amended by 2019 PA 93. HB 4425 (Rep. Green) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," (MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 685a. HB 4788 (Rep. Markkanen) A bill to amend 1895 PA 3, entitled "The general law village act," (MCL 61.1 to 74.25) by adding section 5b to chapter II. Representative Hornberger, testified in support of HB 4192 and HB 4196. Questions and discussion followed.
