- Representative Tyrone Carter moved to adopt Wednesday at 9:00 a.m in room 519 of the House Office Building as the day, time, and location for regularly scheduled meetings of the House Energy Committee. The motion prevailed 16-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Bellino, Wendzel, Alexander, Frederick, Lower, Filler, Markkanen, Mueller, O'Malley, Schroeder, Lasinski, Tyrone Carter, Haadsma, Kuppa, Manoogian, Shannon. Nays: None. Pass: None. Chairman Bellino stated the committee will follow Chapter IV, as stated in the House Standing Rules. Chairman Bellino welcomed committee members and audience members to the committee meeting. Committee members introduced themselves. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by DTE Energy. Jerry Norcia and Renze Hoeksema, both representing DTE Energy, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed.
