- Representative Shannon moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 27, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Representative Lower moved to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection Rep. Schroeder were excused from the meeting. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council and Institute for Energy Innovation. Laura Sherman and Cory Connolly, both representing the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council and Institute for Energy Innovation, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Environmental Council. Charlotte Jameson, representing the Michigan Environmental Council, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed.
