- Representative Haadsma moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 20, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Municipal Electric Association. Katie Abraham, representing the Michigan Municipal Electric Association, Patrick Bowland, representing the Michigan Public Power Agency, and Dave Koster, representing the Holland Board of Public Works, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Joseph Bellino adjourned the meeting at 9:39 AM.
