Lisa McCormick, Children's Ombudsman, and Ryan Speidel Deputy Director, in the Office of Children’s Ombudsman in the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, testified on of HB 4704, HB 4705, HB 4706, HB 4707, HB 4708 and HB 4709.
