HB 4086 (Rep. Katherine Bussard testified in opposition of HB 4085 and HB 4086. Harrison Gloss, representing the Youth Protection Council, testified in support of HB 4085. Representative Stone, Representative Roth, and Ben Moe, President of the Michigan Network for Youth and Families, testified in support of HB 4085 and HB 4086. Questions and discussion followed.
