By unanimous consent the Senate returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills Senator Lauwers moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: House Bill No. 5386 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 5386, entitled A bill to amend 1972 PA 139, entitled “An act authorizing township boards to provide for the maintenance and improvement of private roads by contract and to provide payments by special assessment districts; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,” by amending section 2 (MCL 247.392).
