The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Senate Bill No. 138, entitled A bill to make appropriations for the legislature, the executive, the department of the attorney general, the department of state, the department of treasury, the department of technology, management, and budget, the department of civil rights, the department of talent and economic development, and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the state agencies; and to declare the effect of this act.
