violations of both the Second Amendment and the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963; now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives, That we reaffirm the right of Michigan residents to keep and bear arms under the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963 and the Constitution of the United States. The motion did not prevail and the substitute (H-4) was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Rep. Cole demanded the yeas and nays. The demand was supported.
