A bill to provide for certain requirements regarding suicide prevention for schools; to prescribe the rights, powers, duties, and privileges of schools, school districts, public school academies, intermediate school districts, and other public school entities; to provide for and prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments; and to provide for the regulation of certain school employees. The Senate has substituted (S-1) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-1) and ordered that it be given immediate effect. The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 42, the bill was laid over one day. Rep. Webber moved that Rule 42 be suspended. The motion prevailed, 3/5 of the members present voting therefor. The question being on concurring in the (S-1) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-1) was concurred in, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
