- Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Secretary of State. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Point of Order Rep. Fitzgerald requested a ruling of the Chair on what rule or Mason’s Manual is required to pass a Resolution to introduce legal action against a department or agency of this state. The Chair ruled this is a business Resolution we are addressing just as we would address any Resolution. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Rep. Posthumus demanded the yeas and nays. The demand was supported.
