House Bill No. 5079, entitled A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” by amending section 479b (MCL 750.479b), as added by 1994 PA 33. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Carra moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 2, line 28, after “ than ” by striking out “ 20 ” and inserting “ 15 ”.
