- Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Michigan State Police, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Michigan Human Trafficking Commission as a symbol of our commitment to end human trafficking in Michigan. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, The resolution was adopted. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4749, entitled A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending sections 810a, 8151, and 8176 (MCL 600.810a, 600.8151, and 600.8176), section 810a as amended by 2011 PA 300, section 8151 as amended by 2012 PA 33, and section 8176 as amended by 2022 PA 7, and by adding section 8165. Was read a third time and passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays as follows:
