Foreman Miller Scott Young In The Chair: Smit The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill, Rep. Posthumus moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled “Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act” (MCL 125.1501 to 125.1531) by adding section 11b. The motion prevailed. The House agreed to the title as amended. Rep. Posthumus moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. Senate Bill No. 240, entitled A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” by amending sections 362 and 370 (MCL 168.362 and 168.370), section 362 as amended by 1980 PA 112 and section 370 as amended by 2022 PA 104. Was read a third time and passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays as follows:
