- The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill, Rep. Aiyash moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to make appropriations for the department of labor and economic opportunity for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; to provide for certain conditions on appropriations; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
