In The Chair: Pohutsky The House agreed to the title of the bill. Rep. Wilson moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. House Bill No. 4210, entitled A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” by amending section 759a (MCL 168.759a), as amended by 2022 PA 197; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Glanville moved to substitute (H-3) the bill. The motion was seconded and the substitute (H-3) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
